Lyme Disease in Canada

A 51-year-old man presented to hospital with a 2-week history of fever, chills, headache, dyspnea, dry cough, gastrointestinal symptoms, transient pruritic arm rash, and blurred vision after he was bitten by insects while gardening at a cabin in rural British Columbia.
